The Eckington House Mental Health Services shall provide the following services under the Medicaid waiver program in the District of Columbia: •    Behavioral Supports •    Host Home (s) •    Respite •    Supportive Living •    Nutritional Services •    Skilled Nursing (RNs & LPNs) •    Occupational Therapy •    Adaptive Living •    Physical Therapy •    Homemakers •    Parenting Skills  •    In-Home Support •    Independent Living

Operations
The Eckington House shall operate as a 24/7 home and community-based residential facility program providing Medicaid waiver services for adult persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a provider we shall assist individuals in the acquisition, retention, and improvement of skills related to activities of daily living that reflects a holistic approach to promoting opportunities for the consumer to become more inclusive in their community as they strive toward normalization, in the least restrictive environment.
